About the Role

The role combines business-oriented analysis within the line organization with an overarching responsibility for leading operational activities within the delivery and migration stream in Project Phoenix. The focus of the project will be on system decommissioning, data migration, and ensuring stable operations during the transformation.

Your main responsibilities

For this role, you will in the line organization:

  • Identify, analyze, and document business and system requirements within HR systems.
  • Describe the current state (as-is) and target state (to-be) for processes, systems, and integrations.
  • Support design, testing, implementation, and follow-up of HR system solutions.
  • Contribute with expertise in HR systems, data flows, integrations, and process development.
  • Act as a bridge between the business, technical teams, and external suppliers.

In addition, within Project Phoenix, you will:

  • Take a leading role in the delivery and migration stream from planning to execution.
  • Drive the decommissioning of older HR systems and ensure a controlled transition to new solutions.
  • Plan and execute the migration of systems, data, integrations, and technical dependencies.
  • Analyze, simplify, and ensure the quality of the integration landscape, including decommissioning redundant integrations.
  • Be responsible for system and application-related change activities such as cut-over planning, testing, dress rehearsals, and preparations for production deployment.
  • Lead the migration of historical HR data as well as complete lifecycle data for active employees, and establish archiving solutions in accordance with legal and archival requirements.
  • Ensure stable operations without impacting payroll or other critical HR processes throughout the transition.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate dependencies and risks between systems, deliveries, and project streams.
  • Be the main contact point between Project Phoenix, system experts, architecture forums, PMO, and external suppliers.
  • Coordinate and manage dialogue regarding initiatives in other parts of Scania that may affect the HR system landscape or deliveries within Phoenix.

Who are you?

  • You are a senior delivery specialist with extensive experience in the delivery, migration, and decommissioning of HR systems.
  • You are comfortable combining classic business analyst tasks with operational delivery management.
  • You have experience leading and owning the entire chain from requirements gathering and testing to production deployment.
  • You have a strong understanding of systems and processes and can navigate complex stakeholder environments.
  • You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
